With over 40 years of experience, he is a retired US Government Senior Executive Service engineer and lawyer. Now Associate Professor Emeritus of Accounting and Business Law from Monmouth University, Dr. Dubroff began his university teaching in 1982 and was tenured in the Accounting and Business Law Department of the School of Business Administration. He is a Charter member of the Purchasing Management Association of Central Jersey and is a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association and a Certified Professional in Contract Management. Stan is a member of the Pennsylvania court system, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Federal Court System. He holds an undergraduate degree from Drexel University and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University.
